If you wish to obtain a refund on the Download version, you must supply evidence of your purchase receipt and forward it along with an email requesting a refund. We offer a full refund within 30days of purchase.
If you wish to refund your purchase of the Paperback, you must return the book at your own expense along with your purchase receipt number (name and address will also suffice). Ensure the book is suitably packaged as damaged books cannot be fully refunded.
